The Rope Tow III is Columbia ‘s response to very cold, slippery and wet conditions. This snow boot was specifically designed to be used as a walking shoe. The top of this hiking boot is made from a combination of nylon and leather with a PU coating which not only holds the heat well, but it is also waterproof. This warm snow boot can be worn up to 32° C below zero! The Rope Tow III has a special Techlite™ midsole. This lightweight sole provides good cushioning and even provides energy back in through the shock after movement. The best thing is that the Tech Lite™ keeps the boots like new throughout the life of the shoe. In addition, the outer sole is made using the omni-grip technology. This technology allows you to handle almost any terrain, whether rocks, sand or wet surfaces, you will have a good grip.
